No Background Checks

Random Chat Free does not verify the identities of its users, or conduct criminal background checks on its users. Random Chat Free is not responsible for the conduct of any of its users, both on or off of the website. By accessing or using Random Chat Free, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

• YOU ALONE are responsible for your interactions with other users.
• Random Chat Free does NOT guarantee your safety.
• Random Chat Free CANNOT be held responsible for harmful conduct by its users.
• Random Chat Free does NOT conduct identity verification checks, criminal background screenings, or any other form of user background research.

Assumption of Risk and Release

You may encounter conduct, content, or behavior that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading, unlawful, or harmful. You further acknowledge that other users may misrepresent their identity, age, intentions, or other personal information.

This release includes, without limitation, claims based on negligence, negligent supervision, failure to warn, or any other theory of liability.

Monitoring, Recording, and Communications; Consent

• You acknowledge that the Platform facilitates live, real-time communications between users and that Random Chat Free may, in its sole discretion, monitor, review, record, intercept, analyze, store, and retain any communications or content transmitted through the Platform, including but not limited to text messages, video streams, images, audio transmissions, metadata, and connection information.

User Content

Termination
